What is HealthTraxx?
With the rising national concern over the staffing challenge in the healthcare industry, Covenant Health System has teamed up with the Covenant School of Nursing, Covenant School of Radiology, South Plains College and Midland College to provide a homegrown approach to address the issue.

This alliance launched HealthTraxx, a program designed to heighten awareness and provide opportunities for bright, energetic people to fulfill their career aspirations and increase their earning potential in the booming healthcare industry.
