Upon acceptance into one of the pre-approved healthcare education programs, you may apply to participate in one or more of the following HealthTraxx Education Assistance choices:

HealthTraxx Tuition Assistance Plan
By agreeing in advance to work for Covenant Health System after graduation, you can receive additional money each paycheck as partial reimbursement of tuition and fees that were paid while attending school.

HealthTraxx Work/School Plan
By agreeing in advance to work for Covenant Health System after graduation, and by enrolling full-time in an approved healthcare education program, you can receive financial assistance and appropriate employee benefits by working at Covenant Health System while you are attending school. You must work at least 16 hours per week while school is in session.

If you average at least 16 hours of work per week while school is in session, Covenant will pay you for the hours worked, add an additional 4 hours of pay per week to your check, and provide part-time employee benefits.

If you average at least 24 hours of work per week while school is in session, Covenant will pay you for the hours worked, add an additional 8 hours of pay per week to your check, and provide part-time employee benefits.

If you average at least 32 hours of work per week while school is in session, Covenant will pay you for the hours worked, add an additional 8 hours of pay per week to your check, and provide full-time employee benefits.

HealthTraxx Academic Achievement Award
By agreeing in advance to work for Covenant Health System after graduation, and by enrolling in a 2-year healthcare educational program, you may be eligible to receive the $2,500 Academic Achievement Award during the second year of your program. You must have demonstrated above-average performance in your classroom and clinical activities during the first year of training.
