a way to land a great career, we're ready to help wherever you need
it.
Here. Now go learn.
Upon acceptance into one of the pre-approved healthcare education programs,
you may apply to participate in one or more of the following HealthTraxx
Education Assistance choices:
HealthTraxx Work/School Plan
By agreeing in advance to work for Covenant Health System after graduation,
and by enrolling full-time in an approved healthcare education program,
you can receive financial assistance and appropriate employee benefits
by working at Covenant Health System while you are attending school.
You must work at least 16 hours per week while school is in session.
If you average at least 16 hours of work per week while school is in
session, Covenant will pay you for the hours worked, add an additional
4 hours of pay per week to your check, and provide part-time employee
benefits.
If you average at least 24 hours of work per week while school is in
session, Covenant will pay you for the hours worked, add an additional
8 hours of pay per week to your check, and provide part-time employee
benefits.
If you average at least 32 hours of work per week while school is in
session, Covenant will pay you for the hours worked, add an additional
8 hours of pay per week to your check, and provide full-time employee
benefits.
Tuition Reimbursement Plan
By agreeing in advance to work for Covenant Health System after graduation,
participants in the HealthTraxx Tuition Reimbursement Plan can receive
partial reimbursement of tuition and fees paid to attend school. The
payments will be disbursed following the students successful completion
of each school semester.
Individuals who have
student loans to pay back after graduation will find that the HealthTraxx
Tuition Reimbursement Plan provides money for those loan payments. Even
if you don't need to borrow money for your school expenses, the extra
money you can receive through the Tuition Reimbursement Plan will help
with other financial needs while attending school.
